Trajan HomeServices is a Las Vegas based business that offers No Contract Membership Based Home Maintenance Services. The take the hassle out of maintaining your property so you can spend your time enjoying it!
CHALLENGE: The owners of Trajan HomeServices came to us in need of a new website for their business that would have a classy and refined look that complimented their existing brand. The new website also needed to connect to their BuilderTrend CRM system so that users of the new website could login to their existing BuilderTrend accounts from the website. The business owners also wanted all of the web leads from the website to be saved directly into their BuilderTrend CRM System. Finally the business owners needed the ability to manage all of the content on the new website themselves.
SOLUTION: We decided that the best solution for this project would be a custom designed and developed Wordpress website. Our first step in this project was designing a killer set of graphics that not only complimented the existing logo and branding but was appealing to their key demographics which was luxury home owners and over 55 communities. Once we had our graphics laid out and approved we built out a static HTML version of the website. Our next step was to turn the static HTML into a custom Wordpress theme. We also developed custom Post Types for their services inside the theme for clean organization and ease of management. Our final task was to integrate all of the forms on the website with the customers CRM System. We used Modal Windows (Pop-Ups) to show the BuilderTrend Lead capture and Client Login forms so that we could trigger the same forms from anywhere on the website making the experience very pleasant for the users of the website.
